Meet the Founder
Rudraansh Tripathi
Rudraansh Tripathi is a 17-year old high school student from Indore (India) who is passionate about finance, technology and entrepreneurship.
Rudraansh started Finflexity Education in 2023 to teach students about the importance of personal finance through workshops on budgeting, saving and investing.
He is also the founder of Founders Grid, India's largest student run entrepreneurship community providing support to over 700 members.
Research Phase: Our inspiration came while Rudraansh was researching non-performing loans for a school paper. He discovered alarming data: a 15%+ rise in Gen Z credit defaults and 80% of Indian students lacking financial literacy.
First Step: Created online content on basic financial topics to spread awareness.
Professional Mentorship: Collaborated with finance professionals for expert-led mentorship sessions.
Workshops & Expansion: Organized small, in-person workshops covering budgeting and credit, gradually expanding into savings and investing.
